Overview

The revision to ISO 19011:2026 – Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems introduces key updates focused on provides updated international guidance for planning, conducting, managing, and improving management system audits. Unlike certification standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, or ISO 45001, ISO 19011 is a guidance standard rather than a requirements standard.

  • This examination consists of 5 sections of different questions divided.
  • Section 1: Multiple Choice Questions (Q1–Q5) — 1 marks each — Total: 5 marks
  • Section 2: True or False Questions (Q6–Q10) — 1 marks each — Total: 5 marks
  • Section 3: Fill in the Blanks (Q11–Q15) — 1 marks each — Total: 5 marks
  • Section 4: Descriptive Questions with Answers (Q16–Q20) — 2 marks each — Total: 10 marks
  • Section 4: Case Studies with Answers with Answers (Q21–Q25) — 5 marks each — Total: 25 marks
  • For Section 1, select ONE correct answer (A, B, C, or D).
  • For Section 2, state True or False and provide a brief justification where the answer is False.
  • For Section 3, fill the gap from statement provide detailed written answers with reference to specific clause numbers.
  • For Section 4, provide detailed written answers with reference
  • For Section 5, provide detailed written answers according to the Scenario
  • This is an open-book examination. Reference to ISO 19011:2026 – Guidelines for Auditing Management Systems is permitted.

Duration:  60 minutes

Total Marks:  50

Pass Mark:  35 (70%)

Note:  This course contain two (2) time attempt, its means first take exam for first attempt, in case if you fail in first attempt than go for second attempt. don’t do both attempt at same time.
